Contacting Highmark BC

    Has anyone been experiencing issues in contacting Highmark this week?  We haven't been able to reach anyone through provider services; after being on hold for HOURS!  They did publish something on Navinet to expect longer than normal wait times but this is crazy. We aren't able to obtain everything we need on Navinet so we have to call them.

    Are we the only ones having an issue?
