Tony Reed
Tony Reed is an accomplished leader, change agent, and creative thinker with a diverse background in healthcare administration, population health, accountable care, public relations, sports marketing and sports management. With a proven track record of delivering results, he is highly regarded for his value-based healthcare strategic planning and operations abilities, business development acumen, and the ability to forge strategic partnerships. Tony possesses expertise in emerging and advanced technologies, contract negotiation, revenue enhancement, brand development, and product management.

Holly Deiter, FACMPE
Holly Deiter is a former Director of Operations at Evangelical Medical Services Organization in Lewisburg, PA. Her responsibilities as Director included implementation of an ACO and encompassed the specialties of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Rheumatology, Psychology, Neurology, Heart & Vascular, General Surgery, ENT, Audiology, Medical Mobil Unit and University Student Health.
She has been a member of Pennsylvania MGMA and MGMA for over 20 years. During her membership in PA MGMA she served on the Board of Directors and fulfilled the role of President, Vice President and Secretary. Achievements through MGMA include becoming a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) and a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE).
Currently she is employed at Evangelical Medical Services Organization as a per diem employee providing support to special projects.
Andrew Zechman
Andrew Zechman is a Public Health Program Administrator with the Office of Long Term Care Transformation at the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Andrew has oversaw the office's COVID and multi pathogen outbreak operational support/ response services for the Commonwealth's long term care facilities since 2022. In addition to operations, Andrew is also a member of the office's workforce, education, research, emergency preparedness and value based payment model teams, among other duties.
Prior to DOH, Andrew was Coordinator of Evangelical Community Hospitals Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) overseeing day to day operations of preventative community screenings and medical services. This included partnerships with Penn State School of Medicine and specialty interest groups such as Transitions of PA. Andrew served as Operational Lead of Evan's COVID-19 testing site from 2020-2022. The site tested over 55,000 patients and was honored with The Hospital and Health system Association of Pennsylvania's COVID Response Innovation Award. His passion for Long Term Care and its residents stems from his EMS background, having taken 1,500+ transports for a service with contracts with varying nursing facilities.
Andrew is a graduate of Penn State University, California University of PA and the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. The best $2,000 he ever spent on education was the EMS Academy at Harrisburg Area Community College.
Kelli Zimmerman MHL, LPN
Provides oversight of Evangelical's ten primary care/ internal medicine service line locations as well as Urgent Care of Evangelical. Her main areas of focus include strategic planning, budgeting, and coordinating and evaluating all aspects of operations of those locations.
Kelli began her healthcare career as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) earning her LPN Degree from PA College of Technology. She then completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Healthcare Management and her Master of Health Leadership Degree at Western Governors University, Utah.
Kelli brings to Evangelical more than 15 years of healthcare management experience in utilization review, addiction medicine, psychiatric medicine, health and wellness and primary care.
